The beginning point for Renaissance, the city is a treasure trove of art that will have you hopping from one place to other to take in its beauty. A word of caution though; don’t plan to stay long, the Florentines are infamous for draining your wallets fast.

Next, indulge your senses in the fashion capital of the world. There is no debate that fashion is quintessential for the modern women. Even just a walk on the fashion streets will have her holding your arm more tightly and should you decide to enter one of those fashion houses, the hugs wouldn’t cease. But we all know, what matters most is the smile and happiness on her face. And Milan will guarantee those.

When you both have had enough of the city life, move on to the heart of the Italy for some country experience and some traditionally made pastas and pizzas. Or for some of the adventures types, the Alps have some of the best resorts for sports, be it skiing or tobogganing. Or you can head over to Sicily for the olive plantations or the vineyards and some Sicilian hospitality. The scenic beaches of Amalfi coast, Capri or Sardinia will bring tranquility to your honeymoon as you sit together and prepare for the greater journey ahead – of life.
